Cecil R Young, Jr. ( 1928-1998) was a Texas-born Western Naturalist Artist. As a boy, Cecil R. Young’s interest in the old west was kindled from his grandfather, an old-town sheriff and pioneer, together with his growing up on a ranch in Texas.
